Project Types are showing up incorrectly on contact form

Hey team, project types are not showing correctly on contact forms. I have an old contact form I made before updating my project types and my current project types are not showing up. I have attached a screenshot of this. In addition I tried coping the form and the same issue occurred. When I created a new contact form the project type is pulling project sources. I shared a screenshot of the project types showing incorrectly and the programing that contact page has.
