Key requirements: Attribute-based routing for automated workflows Status taxonomy: booked, lost, pending, leads Financial event status to exclude non-financial clones from reports Client-type specific flows (DMC gets fewer emails, planners receive comms instead of end client) Partner vendor communications hidden from clients Pain point: Current booking helpers are manual triggers requiring multi-step actions; status gymnastics needed to trigger different flows.
