Per-user filterable task and follow-up views

Need: Per-user task filtering so each salesperson sees only their own follow-ups, with saved filter views and shareable links. Key requirements: Per-user task/follow-up filtering Saved views per person (e.g. Sarah's booked events, lost sales) Follow-up tracking for calls, messages, price responses List and calendar toggle for filtered views Pain point: Current to-do is company-wide with no filtering; team uses salesperson initials as workaround.
