Employee and Subcontractor Scheduling, Shift Claiming, & Time Tracking

We're waiting to change CRMs until we can consolidate to fewer SaaS tools. Once there's a good CRM that includes the ability to create shifts from bookings, let staff claim/trade/request shifts (pending manager approval), and let employees track their time, we'll stay put in our existing CRM that contains more than 10 years of client and booking data.
