Sling Integration (Scheduling/Shift Creation)

Title: Integrate with Sling for staff scheduling and shift creation Problem: Teams use Sling for lightweight scheduling, role-qualified job postings, shift notes, and time clock. They want CRM events/projects to automatically create shifts in Sling when a contract is signed. Request: Build an integration that pushes project staffing needs into Sling as shifts. Workflow (from call): When contract is signed, create a Sling shift for the event date/time Include position/role (photo booth operator, photographer, etc.) Include location and shift notes Optional: allow staff to apply/claim shifts based on qualification Requirements: Integration setup using Sling API credentials Trigger rules: contract signed (and/or project confirmed) Field mapping: time slot, location, position, notes Error handling and audit log Acceptance Criteria: When trigger occurs, a shift is created in Sling with correct date/time and details. Changes in CRM (time/location) can optionally update the Sling shift (or at least warn). Integration can be disabled without affecting existing shifts.
