Bulk actions to manage multiple records at once (select multiple, then delete/archive/move, etc.)

I manage a lot of items in TalleFlow (contacts, projects, tasks, invoices, documents, emails, etc.), and I need a way to update or clean up many records at the same time. Right now, I have to open and edit or delete items one by one, which is slow and frustrating when I am dealing with large lists. What I want The ability to select multiple rows in list/table views (checkboxes) A bulk actions menu or toolbar that appears once I select items Common actions like: Delete Archive Move to another status/folder/list (where relevant) Assign owner (where relevant) Tag/label (where relevant) Expected behavior I can select a few specific items, or “select all” from the page, and ideally “select all matching results” across pages/filters The system confirms destructive actions (like delete) and tells me what happened (successes and failures) If some items cannot be updated due to permissions or constraints, I want to see which ones and why, without the whole action failing Why this matters This would save me a lot of time and make it much easier to keep my data clean and up to date as my business grows.
